Q. My name and password work fine but when I try to use the menu it keeps sending me back to the log in page.
A. It is a cookie problem. If you go onto Tools and then click Internet Options and then click Privacy you will see a slider that you can move up and down which will allow you to set the Privacy Setting when you are on the Internet. It should be set at Medium in order to allow you access.
